Your Responsibilities:
- Independently ordering and managing material procurement
- Processing orders
- Ordering goods
- Close coordination with production regarding delivery methods of components
- Cost savings through price negotiations
- Consistent use of the ERP system -> everything must be documented
- Identifying errors in master data setup
- Determine and report back on optimization needs concerning procurement
- Training new employees
- Posting invoices
- Requesting credit information
- Pre-calculations with inquiries
- Entertaining clients
- Managing the telephone switchboard
- Appointment tracking
- Creating bill of materials
- Requesting components
- Writing delivery notes and monitoring inventory levels (no negative stocks in assemblies)
- Very flexible usage

- Experience in procurement
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Very good analytical and communication skills
- Pragmatic personality
- High social competence, reliability, and role model function
- Good English skills
