Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently ordering and managing material procurement
  • Processing orders
  • Ordering goods
  • Close coordination with production regarding delivery methods of components
  • Cost savings through price negotiations
  • Consistent use of the ERP system -> everything must be documented
  • Identifying errors in master data setup
  • Determine and report back on optimization needs concerning procurement
  • Training new employees
  • Posting invoices
  • Requesting credit information
  • Pre-calculations with inquiries
  • Entertaining clients
  • Managing the telephone switchboard
  • Appointment tracking
  • Creating bill of materials
  • Requesting components
  • Writing delivery notes and monitoring inventory levels (no negative stocks in assemblies)
  • Very flexible usage
