Whether conventional THT or SMD, fine-pitch, BGA, mixed assembly or even by hand – we manufacture all types of printed circuit boards, whether IMS, FR4 … whether rigid, rigid-flex or flex.

In order to be able to produce at the highest level of quality, we use SMD

3 SMD assembly lines with nitrogen reflow and vapor phase technology.

In the THT area e.g. a production line with nitrogen wave soldering system and 2 selective soldering systems.

Our numerous control steps, as well as the automatic optical inspection systems, various test and inspection options, contribute to the high quality standard of the products.

It is difficult for the medium-sized EMS service provider to carry out systematic process improvement, since the smallest quantities have to be worked with. In order to still be able to evaluate the process sequence, Hannusch, in cooperation with well-known companies, has developed a test assembly that delivers product-independent results.

As a result, production process and material errors can be eliminated, employees can be trained and cost-effectiveness can be significantly increased.

If special tests are prescribed for products during production, we develop and manufacture the necessary test devices, test adapters and software. We can also organize the regular calibration of these devices for you.

The increasing requirements of electronic assemblies in terms of quality, service life and reliability always requires
more protection from environmental influences.

Whether for low-cost applications or for high-end areas, we can offer our customers suitable processes for this. Together with our customers, we work out how much protection is required for the respective application.
